Boat Concierge & Peace-of-Mind Checks
Whether you’re ashore for a weekend or away for the season, we keep an eye on your boat so you don’t have to. Our concierge checks offer reassurance, reliability and regular updates direct to your phone.
We provide visual checks anywhere within Falmouth Harbour.
Out-of-harbour quotations available on request.
Basic Visual Check – £15.00
A quick look from the water to confirm your vessel is afloat and in good order. Includes:

3 photos (port, starboard and stern)
-
Confirmation that lines, fenders and covers appear secure
-
Check for obvious damage, leaks or alarms
Weekly Peace of Mind – £45.00 per month
Weekly updates for one month, including everything in the Basic Check.
Full Season Check – £350.00
From 1 April to 31 October
Includes weekly updates throughout the season.
Each check includes confirmation of:

Vessel afloat and upright

Lines, fenders and covers appear secure

No visible damage or alarms
If we spot an issue, you receive:

Photo evidence
Post-Storm Check – £20.00
Priority visual check after bad weather.
Working hours only.
Call-out fee applies after hours.
Launch Day Service
When your boat is craned in at the start of the season, we will:

Meet your vessel

Escort it to its mooring
-
Take photos once secure
Haul-Out Day Service
The same service as Launch Day, in reverse at the end of the season.

- No liability for hidden damage or mechanical issues
- Clients must supply vessel name and mooring location
- Payment required in advance via card or bank transfer
- If a problem is found, we will send:
- A damage report
- A short written description
- A supporting photograph
