These Terms & Conditions apply to all Water Taxi services, tickets, passes and concierge services provided by Falmouth Water Taxi.

Water Taxi Services

  • Services operate within Falmouth Harbour during published operating hours
  • Extended hours may be offered on race days
  • Out-of-hours bookings are available by request and may incur additional charges
  • Services are subject to weather, tide and operational conditions
  • The skipper’s decision regarding safety and operation is final

Tickets & Fares

  • Prebooked tickets offer discounted pricing and priority boarding
  • Non-prebooked tickets are subject to availability
  • Return tickets must be used within the same week of issue
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in advance

Season & Monthly Passes

  • Valid only during normal operating hours
  • Passes are boat-specific and non-transferable
  • Pass must be shown on boarding
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • A maximum of four persons may travel on one boat pass
  • Season runs from 1 April to 31 October (as advertised)

Prebook & Anytime Cards

  • Nine stamped trips qualify for one free trip
  • Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds
  • Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced

Safety & Behaviour

  • Passengers must follow skipper instructions at all times
  • Alcohol or disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of service without refund
  • Life jackets may be provided or required depending on conditions

Concierge Services

  • Visual checks only, no boarding or physical intervention
  • No liability for hidden damage, mechanical faults or internal issues
  • Clients must provide accurate vessel name and mooring location
  • Payments must be made in advance
  • Reports and photos will be provided where issues are identified

Liability

Falmouth Water Taxi accepts no responsibility for delays, cancellations or service changes caused by weather, tide, mechanical issues or factors beyond our control.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify routes, pricing or services where operationally necessary. Any changes will be communicated where possible.
