Water Taxi Tickets
- Prebooked tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by Falmouth Water Taxi
- If we cancel a service, you will be offered a refund or credit
- No refunds are issued for missed trips or late arrival by passengers
- Return tickets must be used within the same week and are not refundable once partially used
Season & Monthly Passes
- Season and monthly passes are non-refundable once activated
- Passes cannot be transferred or resold
- No refunds for unused time due to weather or personal circumstances
Prebook & Anytime Cards
- Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Lost or damaged cards cannot be refunded or replaced
Concierge Services
- Payments are required in advance
- Refunds are not available once a check has been completed
- If a service cannot be carried out due to operational reasons, an alternative date or refund will be offered
Service Cancellations
Where Falmouth Water Taxi cancels a service due to weather, safety or operational reasons, customers will be offered a refund, credit or rescheduled service where appropriate.
